Shipping Policy

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is free.  Your order will be delivered via 24 hrs Delivery Service once dispatched. (please note dispatch is same day if order is received before 2 PM excluding weekends)

Deliveries will be made within 1 working days after you place your order e.g. If you order on Wednesday by 2 pm your goods should be delivered by Thursday. If you order on Wednesday after 2 pm your goods should be dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Friday. Order tracking is available with your tracking Number which is emailed to you.

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday or Sundays. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Republic of Ireland

For peace of mind, Fearless only offers trackable international delivery. To ROI the cost is is £17.50  Deliveries will be made in 3- 5 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holidays or Sundays.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

EU AND WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION

 For peace of mind, Fearless only offers track able international delivery. To EU destinations the cost is is £17.50 for the rest of the world the cost is £17.50 bv. Deliveries will be made in 7-10 working days after you place your order depending on your location.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays.

TERMS OF POSTAGE

If you opt for standard delivery (which is a track able service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing and does not arrive after 10 working days have passed, Fearless.co.uk will re-ship your order at the companies expense and make a claim on your behalf.

If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, Fearless.co.uk will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Royal Mail doesn’t class an item as lost until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.

All standard parcels will be dispatched on the next working day if placed after 2 pm. However, any parcel placed after 3 pm using any other service will only be dispatched on the next working day. You will not be eligible for a refund on the postage if you miss read the wording on our shipping policy and your order was placed after the cut of time and dispatched on the next working day using the service paid for. 

We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays!
